Yes, there are lots of them out there! One of them I watched to learn was this one. That video is from 2013. Most likely contains a lot of deprecated and outdated code.
Yes, there are many. I would recommend using AlvinBlox because of 1. He stays up to date and 2. He's been recommended from the Roblox wiki home page

I would not recommend relying on youtube. Because if you do, you're forced to learn at their pace, and at the end of the day you watch some "tutorial", and end up not learning anything. I'm not saying to not watch youtube for this at all, I'm just saying don't be very dependent on it. There are also videos that contain deprecated methods and general bad practices, which are bad for beginners,...
... because they learn inefficient ways to do things. It's fine to get ideas, but don't be very dependent on other youtubers. The best source on youtube is the official Roblox channel.
