Hey, I am making an Accessory that is a NeonArmBand. Like the ones in Club Tesla.

Can someone explain to me how?

I have tried this several times and all times failed.

[When I have done it. On the Dummy it moves into the Middle of the head. And if i Ctrl+C - Ctrl+v it onto my Character/ It just falls through the Map.]

[Note: I want this too go on the Player's Arm.]
