What script is it? You want it be gobal script. If the script in a wrong place it might not work. Even know it not like you did this but check if you disabled the script I know I will do it and forget about it. Also if there any errors they can help. If you can't find out what it is. Rebuild it. You should also try rebuilding it with Remote Functions.

This question is extremely broad. What script type is it? Where is it located? This is vital information as scripts and local scripts are limited to where they can run.
