I've been trying to get for this thing to work a long time but my noobiness holds me back every time. I was even given the direct scripts and still couldn't fix it. I thought it worked but it didn't exactly, so I tried to fix it but couldn't because I am just too absolutely stupid. my original code works in studio perfectly but when I go into a game, filtering enabled or filtering disabled it doesn't work in either. here's my original script. But here's the one I gave to the person who edited it previously because it's a little different. https://pastebin.com/raw/cYsZ7EAi

_G.RobloxAdvanced.BloodEnabled = false

local parent = script.Parent

local function on()
_G.RobloxAdvanced.BloodEnabled = true

end

local function off()
_G.RobloxAdvanced.BloodEnabled = false

end

local function OnClicked()
if _G.RobloxAdvanced.BloodEnabled == true then off() else on() end

end
parent.MouseButton1Click:connect(OnClicked)

If you click the button then it toggles the blood. I just want it to work in the real game and I just need some help. If you are the guy who tried to help me before, I'm sorry for failing miserably. ;^;

I know you did, and thank you, but the scripts weren't working and they made sense but i'm not sure why they didn't work.

Well I did use a module to make global variables, as _G shouldn't be used for that.

Why shouldn't it be used for that?
