How to make imported character in Roblox Studio sit?

Hello I imported my roblox character into Roblox Studio,i made like a Roller Coaster and i want my imported character to sit on one of the roller coaster cars. How can i do that?

One possible way is to copy the sitting animation from the player humanoid and to loop that animation.

Another way would be to change the humanoid state to the sitting animation, though roblox may reset it so you have to loop it.
