MeshId Won't load into a MeshPart? How can I fix this?

For some reason my MeshPart won't load in my MeshId. This MeshId is a model that i saved to the roblox website. I got its Code but it didn't work. So i searched it up on the wiki It gave me Solutions to maybe change the beginning from http to something like rbxassetid but it still did not work. Here is the model.Here. And this was my Script. Thanks for helping me. :)

repeat wait() until game.Players.LocalPlayer.Character
local Player = game.Players.LocalPlayer
local Mouse = Player:GetMouse()
local UIS = game:GetService("UserInputService")
local en = true
local ben = true
local Has = true
local char = Player.Character
local hum = Player.Character.Humanoid
local root = Player.Character.HumanoidRootPart
local TweenService = game:GetService("TweenService")
local UpperTorso = char.UpperTorso

UIS.InputBegan:Connect(function(Input)
	if Input.KeyCode == Enum.KeyCode.Q then
		    local Ring = Instance.new("MeshPart")
Ring.Parent = workspace
Ring.Size = Vector3.new(15.111, 8, 15.111)
Ring.MeshId = "rbxassetid://2206119187"
Ring.Anchored = true
Ring.CanCollide = false
Ring.CFrame = root.CFrame * CFrame.new(0,0,-15)
	end
end)

###This is because the MeshId property of MeshPart is an fbx file, which is downloaded to computers. Due to security reasons, Roblox wouldn't allow developers to access a player's files, so the MeshId cannot be written from a script. If you want to create a MeshPart with its mesh, instead clone the MeshPart when needed.

True.

Though, it will be nice if they allowed to do it through a script, BUT with the same restriction as in the animations. (The owner of the game/place has to create the mesh).

As I said, MeshId is an fbx FILE, and Roblox would have to allow developers to access another person's files, which I don't see happening.
