How to move others locally?

I'm currently making a FE2 fanmade game and I want to know how to move others locally.

Others have their HumanoidRootPart anchored. They also disappear for no reason. I am using TranslateBy. https://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=API:Class/Model/TranslateBy

You can just use CFrame if you want to "move" others.
