Will using deprecated stuff slow down your game?
Does using deprecated stuff slow down performance?

Depending on the deprecated object it will. Take for instance(no pun intended) the Instance.new() function. Here is an example:
local part = Instance.new("Part", game.Workspace)
The second argument is deprecated. It will slow your game down. Why? Because setting the parent first means that any changes that you make to the part after parenting will have to be rendered to each client, which takes time and resources. By changes I mean things like changing: size, position transparency and so on. Another downside of using deprecated code is that eventually roblox will get rid of it and your code will no longer work as you intend. Overall I recommend never using deprecated code and keeping your code updated as often as possible. There is a reason roblox deprecates code and it would be wise to take their advice when they say: This object is deprecated do not use it for any new work. Hope this helps and have a great day scripting!

The only function I know that will slow down you game is Instance.new with parent argument/parameter.
Depends on which deprecated item. Some have less efficiency or do different stuff, others are just deprecated for not following the casing rule (actually being working the same as non-deprecated but future changes won't apply to deprecated stuff.) Deprecated code, regardless of their impact in your game (if it has no impact), probably it will soon (updates)
Examples: :Remove() having different behaviour than :Destroy(), common lower-casing methods/events/functions which are unsupported for any changes or updates in the future, etc
yes. and event like Mouse.KeyDown are deprecated because newer and more consistent methods exist, those being ContextActionService and UserInputService
