Is it possible for an NPC to unanchor a part but not for a player?

I'm working on a game where a large NPC is chasing after the player on a bridge. I'm trying to make it where when the NPC comes in contact to any part of the bridge, it gets unanchored, showing that the NPC is destroying the bridge in a way. I'm also trying to make it where the player is running on the bridge and doesn't unanchor it. The bridge consists of six parts for each row, so it's not like the bridge is one long part. I have an unanchor script in the parts for the bridge, so is there a way to make it where only the NPC unanchors the part or is there some other way that I don't know about?

One solution would be to make a value inside the NPC which will get checked everytime a part of the bridge touches the NPC so if the value exists it will destroy the bridge (So the npc) but if the value does not exist it will not (the player). Use a Simple Bool Value for this.
