Disabling Chat For A Player When They Are In A Certain Area?

So I am making a secret area. I have already created a transparency brick to make people invisible when they enter, but is there a way I can script a brick so that when people walk over it, they no longer can talk in chat, and when they step off the brick, they can talk again?

Any help would be appreciated.

Why are you asking us for permission to script the brick

Use the .Touched and .TouchEnded Events for this. When the player touches the brick have it run this via the .Touched Event:

player.StarterGui:SetCoreGuiEnabled(Enum.Chat, false)

and on the .TouchEnded Event do this

player.StarterGui:SetCoreGuiEnabled(Enum.Chat, true)

Define player via the hit argument in the Touched Events.
