How to make the button work at the topbar's position?

So, I have been thinking about a button that is located at the topbar's position and can be clicked to reveal a Gui that covers the whole screen.

Please explain to me how to make the button able to be pressed while under the topbar.

I already know how to hide the topbar in case I need to, but I don't need help with that:

wait()
pcall(function()
	local starterGui = game:GetService('StarterGui')
	starterGui:SetCore("TopbarEnabled", false)
end)

I have an example in case you think this is not possible and buttons cannot be pressed if under the topbar:

Take FE2 Map Test, It has a button to open the level search AT the topbar's position - it works - how did Crazyblox do that?

All help is appreciated. Thanks!

You can try it because you did not try it in your script

I have no clue on how to do this - My only idea is to maybe change the Z layer of the button

Just hide the topbar, and position the button correctly.
