So basically I was working on an additional game place (A place in a game that isn't the starter place) and the serverscript performance was VERY slow. Is there a solution for this?

Don't know, have never encountered an issue like this, have you tried reading the DevForum for anything about Server Latency?
remove viruses from free models
I didn't use any free models, and this didn't happen until the removal of Experimental Mode happened.
Try moving the game into another place
