Yes it can.
P.S. it also works when CanCollide is false!

Yes. No matter if a block if invisible or not it will work. Transparency has to do with the part's outside, not the settings inside. It will still work.

Yes. Even though the part might not be visible, the part can still be fired when it is touched.
