local bv = Instance.new("BodyVelocity")
		bv.Parent = clonepart
                bv.Velocity = vector.Value
                bv.MaxForce = Vector3.new(2e6,2e9,2e6)

clonepart is the part that's inheriting the velocity

vector (vector.Value) is the player's mouse.Hit.p

For some reason the part doesn't go in the right direction? it goes almost to the side and I can't figure out why, could anyone help? the vector is updated every single time the mouse moves.

The parent argument to Instance.new is deprecated, assign in another line. If you care about performance, don't use it.

Alright, I'll change that part, any clue about the problem though?

Instead of doing bv.Parent = clonepart try doing adding it to the first line. bv = Instance.new("BodyVelocity, clonepart). Hope this helps
