I am just wondering this because I saw some games before that used a different font with the regular chat system. Like a cartoonish font instead of the normal Arial font. Is it possible to do this without a script?

It could of been a custom made chat
There is a way to do this, but I am unsure of how to. You can create custom messaged though, http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=API:Class/StarterGui/SetCore#ChatMakeSystemMessage
