How can I make a script that makes an UI appear on touch of a part?

stop i really really need someone's help ;-;

So I am making a Black Market in my game and I want it so when you touch a part(you will stand on it) a UI will appear. Then I think I can get it to disappear after I get to appear if someone helps. I have no previous scripts because I watched a YouTube video.
