Is it possible to change a group rank from inside a game using a script?

I am helping make a Cafe Game. We have pointd there. If someone gets 100 points they are promoted So I am thinking of using a script in game to do it. I just want to know whether it is possible and do we need anything out of LUA to do it? Thanks for helping. C:
