Different pack different players?

Hi! I'm a spanish new user here sorry for my english xD

I'm making a game and I had a trouble. My game will be a MOBA, it starts when it has 20 players 5 per team, each one of those five players have a diferent class it is chosen by the server only for that game. For example: this game i'm shooter but the next game i'm tecnician or other. All 5 class have different weapons, skins and habililies. then my question is How to separate that? All 4 teams have the same classes 1 player per class but changing the color of skins and weapons. And i need to know how to send each player to the correct folder with the correct starterGUI and Tools StarterPack

Sorry if my english is bad i'm working on it. But now i'm studying japanesse scripting and english xDDD i need a break.
