"Attempted to perform arithmetic on a userdata value," how do I fix it?

Right now, I'm trying to multiply something from a dictionary (a NumberSequence) by a number (example: numbersequence 1,0 multipled by 2 would turn into numbersequence 2,0) but it throws the beforementioned error when I try to do that?
