How come when I clone a model from rs, if it has fire in it, the fire is huge?

I tried putting a script in the fire going wait() fire.size = whatever but it still didn't work.

Have you tried changing the properties of the fire itself, to make it smaller?

Yeah, the fire is small if I put the model in workspace. But if it's cloned from rs then the fire's properties change to make it really big

A script is probably editing it to be huge.

Yeah, I just tried it in a blank place, and it works fine, so that sucks I guess. I have no idea what script could be doing it but thanks.

Edited because I said something wrong.

Assuming you’re using a free model, the fire may be huge because it’s coming from a virus script. Your failed attempt to make it small helps prove it.

You can attempt to fix this by searching up “fire” or "spread" in the explorer search bar, and finding it in the model. There should be a script named “Spread”, and if there is, delete it. Delete the fire effect too if you don’t want it.

If there’s multiple viruses though or you can’t find the virus, you should download this plugin called “RoDefender”. It removes the “common” viruses that you would find in free models.

Hope this helped!

^ Whoops, my mistake. Yeah, the script is called "Spread", I just couldn't check the name since I was on mobile before.
