what is the diffrence Welding?
what is the difference between welding parts together and scripting a weld?

There's no difference. ManualWelds are the same as strong joints or any other weld that you could create by simply making two parts touch each other. If you mean the constraint weld, then they're different things but they serve the same purpose.
