Well, I'm not going to make the script for you since you show that you made no effort in trying to make it yourself.
I'll just give what you need to know.
You'd need a PlayerAdded Event to know when a player joins, a CharacterAdded Event for when they reset/respawn, findFirstChild to see if they have a Shirt/Pants or not, Remove Method to remove any t-shirts they have, Property so you can set the clothing ID, and Instance.new, so you can create a Shirt/Pants if they don't have one.
