You kinda messed up with
MouseButton1:connect()
So many errors in that tiny script... I'd rather just give you the fixed version.

script.Parent.Play.MouseButton1Down:connect(function() -- Lower case s, and colon goes before the connect.

script.Parent:remove() -- You shouldn't have spaces between remove() and script.Parent amd script has a lower case s.
end) -- You forgot this
