How do i animate a player without using Cframe and loop? can i get a example?

i want to animate using cframe to make my game but i don't know how.

Try Roblox Animation Plugin,Though when using it rename the Torso of the dummy to HumanoidRootPart for it to work though making an animation cost 30 robux.
