I have a scrolling gui that has worked perfectly fine for a while now, i could scroll my mousewheel or i could click and drag the scroll bar.
However now whenever i try to click and drag any of my scroll bars it wont move until it gets about half way and then it is SUPER SENSITIVE, like one pixel moves it almost all the way down.
[EDIT] It seems that it will scroll normally if i click and drag but hold my mouse far off to the side of the gui, but if my mouse is near the scroll bar its all wonky.
If anyone has seen this issue please help. Thank you.
