How do I make a script that shows a player's group rank when hovered over?

So I own a group known as -(The Gray Jedi Order)- currently our rank system display is pretty crummy, I need help making a script that will display a player's rank on a little hover GUI when you mouse over their avatar. https://ibb.co/hoAgCJ < something like this, and I have looked at SO MANY scripting websites but couldn't find an answer that worked, I am thinking the issue is the fact that my Lightsabers require Filtering Enabled to be on, and most ROBLOX scripts don't work with Filtering Enabled, thus I need a script that works with Filtering Enabled.
