Why on XBOX in my game, when I go in first person it I cant get out of it?

So, ik this isnt a request site but i dont understand whats going on here, so i don thave FirstPersonLock on for the StarterPlayer, but on PC in my game, I can zoom in and out perfectly. On xbox, if i go in first person, i cant get out of it and players have a issue with that and I dont udnerstand how to fix it.
