It's the TextureId property of the ClassName Tool.

Do I create my own image or is it auto generated?
You enter the assetid of the decal. So you can create your own image or find the assetid of the gear textureid you want. Accept the answer please.

If it's a ROBLOX gear he doesn't have to make his own. He can just use that. However I do not know what his tool is.
