Hello, although I'm pretty sure this is basic to solve, I just don't know how, any help is appreciated. When I position my frame at the top of the screen it just wont stay there and goes down for the chat and etc. while displaying the background. How do I fix this??

No, I'm making a hotbar that should be at top of the screen on which there'd be information about your current coins and etc. I updated the post with a new, longer image that should help you see the full picture
It leads to a blank page.
