Tool not in hand its spawns somewhere else on the map?

So I gave my player a item to star off with, the item is located in the starterpack. When I play in studio the item works correctly, but in actual game the item instead spawns to a different part of the map and not in my hand I'm also unable to use it. And touching it doesn't help.
