You should be using the new API for Game Passes due to a somewhat recent change from Game Passes being considered assets like any other.

you have to have BC for the gamepass to exist

you can also use GamepassService if necessary
as well as MarketplaceService
@DeveloperSolo BC is required for the gamepass to be ACTIVE and to be for sale
