Anyone know why this Is occurring with my Custom Model?

Trying to learn how to make animations with Custom Models using Motor6D's but have been running into an issue, don't really know how to word it so I made a GIF of the issue, help is appreciated.

You should try to explain your issue with words as well.

So essentially, I want the 2nd segment of the arm to Pivot around the Joint of the First Arm. I don't really know how to word it.

I fixed it myself after a bit of tinkering, basically the issue was that axis wasn't positioned at the front of the part, which made rotating it weird. I made the part smaller and it realigned the axis.
