How to make an anti-exploit script with banning?

How can you create an anti-exploit script that can have you temp/perma banned depending on your offense and to auto ban you if you join a server on the game? I was going to use if statements in the script to detect if your walkspeed is over 15 etc. But then I realized that I had no idea how to keep the user banned so the script wont have to wait for the user to hack again to kick them. I have not found any related sources that answer my question with my google searches. Im considering data storage but I have no idea as to how to use them to solve my issue. Edit: Is there also anyway to prevent certain people from being banned? Ex: Admins

Well, for temp server bans you could store their username in a table. That table wouldn't save. Now for DataStores, you can learn more on that in the wiki or look at people's examples here even if you search for them. Looking at other people's code is a really good strategy on learning lua because you get an idea on how everything is done. (That doesn't mean copying everything from it but using it as a reference)!

Now for stopping certain people like admins for being banned. You could use if statements and have that in a table. So you could loop the table and if their username isn't in the table then ban them. I'd ban by userid though, just incase they change their name.
