how to display a players own avatar exclusively to them only?

How can I display someones own avatar to them ingame, like how work at a pizza place only uses the avatars of players in the server as customers, except only the user with that avatar can see their own avatar. Or, like in Retail Tycoon, where It shows an image of your avatar on your store sign, Or, lIke RoBeats, where your avatar is dancing to the music. I am sorry about the poor wording, I just don't know exactly how to word it correctly. Any and all answers or help you can provide is awesome! Thank you all.
