This lets you get a freecam, just tinker with this until you have your effect I guess
Currently to enable/disable it in that script you have to press Left Shift + P, you can change that a lines 335 and 335

(For anyone reading this question) He basically wants to replicate the studio camera ingame, I went to the game to check it out
Set the player's character to nil and CurrentCamera's CameraType to Fixed
