I'm looking to implement a spring/springboard in physics. Let's say I have a brick, I want it to move, accumulate force, and push the player with this force in a direction - i.e. physics is involved. Can someone guide me on what is involved or link me to some similar examples please?

you can find something on free models that is similar, like a trampoline.
