My Roblox tool backpack wont appear or when I click for the tool none appears help?

The new ROBLOX update kind of broke this feature. It was posted on the dev forum and should be fixed on the next update.
Other than that, HopperBins are deprecated and you should move to Tools with RequiresHandle disabled.

Hopperbins aren't really a thing anymore and you should post your code so we know what to do.
