I've always had this problem where if I'm trying to spawn all players in small room, some will spawn on roof? any fix?

I guess you could lower the spawns even more. If that doesn't work, try making the roof higher.
If the roof is too low, Roblox assumes that the player will not fit in the room and will automatically spawn them on the roof. It's not fixable unless the roof is raised, from what I know.
