How do I make a vote map?

****I have designed a concept of a racing game I would like some help on scripting it. I am a non scripter so I can't script... So I need your help. I will probably learn something too. I would like to make a votemap gui. I love building but can't piece everything together to be good. I would like everyone to be teleported to the same place and a camera going through the map and also a timer which when ends or if someone wins, everyone teleports back and everything is cleared and you get points into a leaderboard. If you can script a car option too that would be great (choose a car) and make it so you can buy them with points and R$. I would like it to save data too please. Thank you.
