Is there any way i can make my animations slower or smoother?

Every time I make an animation it's very fast.is there a way that I can make it slower and smoother?

1 answer

There are two main ways I know of to do that.

the first way is to change the Animation Track's speed using the Adjust Speed function:

local Animation = Instance.new("Animation')
	Animation.Parent = player.Character.Humanoid

local Humanoid = player.Character:FindFirstChild("Humanoid")
local AnimationTrack = Humanoid:LoadAnimation(Animation")

	AnimationTrack:AdjustSpeed(0.5)
	AnimationTrack:Play()

By default. The speed is 1. So naturally you're setting it to play at half speed, etc. You can play around with that if you want.

The other way is to manually give the animation a longer time frame in the animation editor.

In it, you can set animation time in the "Edit" Tab. Just know, when you add more seconds or take away seconds from an animation. the animation speed re-adjusts to match how many seconds there are. The more time you have, slower and more spread your keyframes are and slower the animation runs, and vice versa.

the script should be a local script depending on what its doing and where. Mostly inside the character
