Here is the workspace I have: http://prntscr.com/3o58id There is a part called "Button" above that.

I need a GUI able to control these lights, Toggle them on/off, and a few more buttons able to control more things if needed..

I need the GUI script to be able to have multiple people in, so that they may control the lighting during one of their events.

If possible I need a second GUI that is able to cycle decals on click, only usable by me.

How about you use the script I gave you on a previous question you asked, then make the rest yourself?
