Friends with Lua knowledge helps me best, you can ask them any direct question.
Ask questions in Discord and Read the Wiki like a madman. I wish Roblox Studio had smarter intellisense like Visual Studio so I wouldn't have to use the Wiki so much.
Learning it isn't too hard. Just check the wiki to learn all the basics. What is hard is solving problems and applying your knowledge to make things. So the best way in my opinion is to keep making stuff and check the roblox wiki if you get stuck. Good luck
^ I agree above. If you don't understand how to code something, you can search in free models for a similar script and see how it was coded.
