How would i like freeze a team and when there frozen they get a tool from like replicated storage and then they get unfrozen? Please help!

How would I like freeze only a team and when there frozen give them a weapon then unfreeze them?

Yes i tried im just bad at lua i looked in the API reference i didnt understand it i tried functions i tried all of that stuff i just dont know how to do it. Like i dont understand it
