It's kind of like shift lock, but there is no shift lock. This is in many games where when you turn your camera, the character turns. How do you do this?

I'm not sure I understand your question. I don't even think this has anything to do with scripting. Perhaps you must be in first player?
If you can make a script to force shift lock a player, then you can do it.
