It just breaks any scripts inside of the model. Any help about this issue?

try to disable all the scripts in the model and enable them with your clone script
That Didn't work.
if that doesn't work then the scripts are broken. I had scripts inside replicated storage and they never broke when I clone them
Are you getting any errors in the log? If so edit your post with them included.
