So in Studio, when you press F5, the scripts will work. The trains will whistle and everything. Then when I open the game to test it, the scripts don't work. The message bar won't scroll and the trains wont whistle when "h" is pressed. Any ideas??

If something works in Studio but not in-game, it's probably because in Play Solo mode there's no separation of client and server. For this separation, you can try Test Server mode.
You're probably mixing up Script and LocalScript usage or attempting to access something client-side only from the server.
This question is far too non-descrpitive, it's absolutely impossible to provide any specific answer.
