So the bool draggable for GUI objects is deprecated (great), I see lots of games incorporate a click and drag system is it possible to make one and if so, what's it called so I can research it?

Found something on the devforum and someone listed an alternative script of doing this: https://devforum.roblox.com/t/draggable-property-is-hidden-on-gui-objects/107689
Roblox should not do this though, it'll break many games.

What do you mean exactly? Do you want to make a button on a gui object draggable?
I use the GUI button's Entering and Leaving events in combination with UserInputService
