I'm trying to make a camera that shows the video on a brick. Basically it's like a camera that outputs the video to a computer. So there will be a camera pointing somewhere, and you will be able to see what the camera sees through a surface GUI I think. How would I make a roblox surveillance camera?

That is not possible in Roblox yet. What you can do is to change the main camera to the brick, but showing a camera image in a Gui or something is not a feature we have.
