I am currently making a game and its very silent hill and resident evil inspired so i wanted to make it as close as possible to those games and i wanted to try the tank controls that they had, but i searched the internet, youtube, etc and couldn't find anything.

Dude,I think you need more scripting knowledge to make that!Start with the basic stuff!
Yeah, only things I could say to help is that you need to use API:Class/UserInputService and Camera manipulation and CFrame understanding...
