A CFrame (coordinate frame) is a position (position and rotation actually)

You can say a lot about it but I would just suggest reading the wiki about it here.

A normal cframe is CFrame.new(position in vector3, rotation in vector3)

But there are many posibilities

A very simplified explaination: CFrame is like Vector3, except it contains position AND rotation, unlike Vector3 which contains just xyz position.
